COSV – Coordinamento delle Organizzazioni per il Servizio Volontario è un’associazione con personalità giuridica, fondata nel 1968. Realizza interventi di sviluppo e aiuto umanitario in Europa, Balcani, Africa subsahariana e Medio Oriente, in collaborazione con partner locali. Le attività documentate comprendono sanità, formazione professionale, agricoltura, educazione, tutela ambientale, sviluppo economico, diritti umani e gestione delle emergenze.
Mission
Promuovere uno sviluppo inclusivo, equo e sostenibile attraverso una cooperazione costruita con i partner locali fin dalla progettazione. COSV collega questa impostazione alla tutela dei diritti umani, della pace e dell’ambiente, valorizzando le risorse e le iniziative delle comunità coinvolte.
